キャンセル規定

プログラム開始の４５日前までのキャンセルについては、一人あたり43400円のお申込金を除き、参加費は全額返金いたします。プログラム開始の４5日前を過ぎてのキャンセルについては、参加費の返金はできません。リーズナブルな料金体系を維持しFGLプログラムを提供するため、当キャンセル規定を厳守することが必要です。当キャンセル規定に例外を作ることはできませんので、ご了承ください。

参加者の不足や当プログラムの実施を妨げる不測の事態により、プログラムの開催自体をキャンセルする場合があります。

その際には参加費は全額返還いたします。旅行の遅延、航空便のキャンセル、病気、返金不可の航空券、航空券のキャンセル・変更に伴う違反金等、旅行のキャンセルに関する参加者による追加の出費については、グローバル研修 (Eigo Pro)では責任を負いません。

Cancellations prior to 40 days of the start of the program will be refunded all moneys paid less a $300 handling fee per person. Cancellations less than 40 days before the tour will forfeit the full participation fee. We must adhere to our cancellation policy to protect our ability to offer the FGL program and to maintain our reasonable price structure. We apologize that we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

We reserve the right to cancel the program due to insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to host the program. In such a case, the participation fee will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets.
