キャンセル規定
プログラム開始の４５日前までのキャンセルについては、一人あたり43400円の手数料を除き、参加費は全額返金いたします。プログラム開始の４5日前を過ぎてのキャンセルについては、参加費の返金はできません。リーズナブルな料金体系を維持しFGLプログラムを提供するため、当キャンセル規定を厳守することが必要です。当キャンセル規定に例外を作ることはできませんので、ご了承ください。
参加者の不足や当プログラムの実施を妨げる不測の事態により、プログラムの開催自体をキャンセルする場合があります。その際には参加費は全額返還いたします。旅行の遅延、航空便のキャンセル、病気、返金不可の航空券、航空券のキャンセル・変更に伴う違反金等、旅行のキャンセルに関する参加者による追加の出費については、グローバル研修 (Eigo Pro)では責任を負いません。
英語訳：
Cancellations prior to 40 days of the start of the program will be refunded all moneys paid less a $300 handling fee per person. Cancellations less than 40 days before the tour will forfeit the full participation fee. We must adhere to our cancellation policy to protect our ability to offer the FGL program and to maintain our reasonable price structure. We apologize that we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
We reserve the right to cancel the program due to insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to host the program. In such a case, the participation fee will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets.

日本の国籍を持っていない方へ
中国国籍およびその他の「非免除」国民は、FGL プログラムに参加するために米国に旅行するために観光ビザ (B1/B2) を取得する必要があります。日本で大学生であれば、東京の米国大使館でビザを申請できるはずです。ただし、夏は通常、大使館が非常に混雑する時期であるため、ビザを適時に受け取るためには、渡航予定日よりかなり前に申請する必要があります。カリフォルニア大学サンディエゴ校では、ビザの申請に役立つ招待状を提供しています。
手紙があっても、特定の個人に特定のビザが付与されることを保証することはできません。しかし通常、留学生がこのプログラムに参加するための観光ビザを取得するのはそれほど難しいことではありません。

Chinese nationals and other "non-exempt" country citizens will need to obtain tourist visas (B1/B2) to travel to the U.S. to participate in the FGL program. As long you are a university student in Japan, you should be able to apply for your visa at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo. However, since summer is usually a very busy time at the Embassies, you should apply well in advance of the proposed travel date in order to ensure timely receipt of your visa. UC San Diego can provide an invitation letter that will help you to apply for a visa. Please send your name as it appears in your passport as well as your university affiliation in Tokyo to info@fgl-japan.com.
Even with the letter, we cannot guarantee that any individual will be granted a particular visa. Usually, however, there should be no difficulty for an international student to obtain the tourist visa to participate in a program of this nature.
